Option A: Register for the Lecture Series Only

July 1st, 8am-1.30pm

Lecture Series: The Young Humanitarian Lecture Series was conceived to promote and interest the youth in understanding humanitarian issues and activities, locally and abroad. It will bring in inspiring humanitarian speakers who are able to speak the Youth lingo and stimulate ideas for these young humanitarians to innovate and take actions to better the community

Option B1: Register for the Lecture Series & the P2P Symposium (Registration Closed)

July 1st, 8am-6pm

Lecture Series: The Young Humanitarian Lecture Series was conceived to promote and interest the youth in understanding humanitarian issues and activities, locally and abroad. It will bring in inspiring humanitarian speakers who are able to speak the Youth lingo and stimulate ideas for these young humanitarians to innovate and take actions to better the community

 

P2P Symposium : This Symposium is a platform for our youths to share their voluntary experiences and discuss on how they can continue to undertake sustainable action in addressing common humanitarian causes and needs. Through rich peer-to-peer sharing, these young humanitarians can learn about the most up-to-date thinking, analysis, challenges, lessons learned and best practices. Pushing ahead, the participants will also try to identify innovative opportunities and create concrete plans for youth to implement sustainable actions including non-discrimination and respect for diversity, intercultural dialogue and social inclusiveness initiatives.

Option B2: Register for the Lecture Series & the Foresight Workshop (Registration Closed)

July 1st, 8am-6pm

Lecture Series: The Young Humanitarian Lecture Series was conceived to promote and interest the youth in understanding humanitarian issues and activities, locally and abroad. It will bring in inspiring humanitarian speakers who are able to speak the Youth lingo and stimulate ideas for these young humanitarians to innovate and take actions to better the community

 

Foresight Workshop : What does the future hold for the youth of Singapore? What drivers of change will impact you in the next 5-10 years? What futures for youth in Singapore are possible?  What insights do we need now to move toward creating your preferred future, and the future of your community and country? We need your insights and perspective! Our workshop features hands-on foresight methods, such as gaming, and aims to generate insights toward enhancing planning and engagement strategies

Option C1: Register for the Lecture Series, the P2P Symposium and SMIGA (Registration Closed)

July 1st, 8am-6pm & July 2nd, 8am-10pm (including Closing Dinner)

It will bring in inspiring humanitarian speakers who are able to speak the Youth lingo and stimulate ideas for these young humanitarians to innovate and take actions to better the community

SMIGA: The 1st Singapore Model IFRC General Assembly (SMIGA) provides an opportunity for discussion among IFRC member National Societies and youth-at-large about ways to fulfill commitments made to enable healthy and safe living, promote social inclusion and a culture of non-violence and peace, in line with Strategy 2020 of IFRC.

Option C2: Register for the Lecture Series, the Foresight Workshop and SMIGA (Registration Closed)

July 1st, 8am-6pm & July 2nd, 8am-10pm (including Closing Dinner)
